Paracelsus Clinica al Ronc is located in the Southern Swiss Alps, in the quaint village of Castaneda, directly below Santa Maria in the Calanca Valley. In this relaxing setting, our guests enjoy beautiful scenery all year long, in the perfect location to rest and recharge, all while restoring your health.
The clinic is located in Switzerland, close to the border of Italy, and it is in close proximity to several tourist attractions in the surrounding cities of Bellinzona, Lugano, Locarno, Cannobio, and Milano, as well as the lakes Maggiore, Lugano, and Como.
Our clinic houses over 25 spacious and modern double rooms, – all facing south, with a large covered balcony, shower/ WC, lap top with internet access, direct dial telephone, and Television, with a DVD player, upon request, in the room. All rooms have a wide area, south-facing and have a private balcony.
Tranquility of the area gives the rooms, as well as the sun terrace, outside the restaurant, a special character.
In the area of the restaurant and the doctor’s office, there is a rest area available to the patients, where you can treat yourself to some well deserved R & R while getting the treatments you need for your health.
The right nutrition is a strength of the Paracelsus Clinica al Ronc. The whole foods, combined with biological therapies form the basis for the healing success in the Paracelsus Clinica al Ronc. Gluten-intolerance and individual food allergies are of course taken into account!
The food is prepared without dairy products and supplemented several times a week with a meat and a fish dish. Only fresh and in-season food which is served. Even with a reduced meat diet, the kitchen team is able to put together a varied and delicious menu three times daily.
This healthy diet activates the metabolism and invigorates the life forces, while pleasing the taste buds.
